PITTSBURGH OVERNIGHT PARTY TRIP!

I still need input, assistance, and suggestions to make this happen. I'd prefer if another organizer could help me with this. Here is the preliminary event, please sign up only if you are seriously interested. We'll set up carpooling/hotel rooms as people sign up, in a similar fashion to the Put-In-Bay trips.

Pittsburgh is a little over 2 hours away, so we'd head over Saturday Dec. 26th late morning and stay overnight in a highrise hotel downtown, then check out Sunday Dec. 27th and head back to C-Town. Some of the stuff we could do in Pittsburgh:

- The new riverfront casino that just opened up in downtown.
- The Andy Warhol Museum in downtown.
- Downtown bar/club scene

-Good hotels are very affordable in downtown, so this is going to be a rather inexpensive trip if we have carpooling and room sharing taking place.

As much as I hate to admit it, Pittsburgh actually is a pretty cool place to hang out. It has a lot of good scenery and my favorite part, open containers are not prohibitted. You can walk right down the sidewalk drinking a beer. That means when you hop from one bar to the next, you don't have to wait until you finish your drink. Just remember to take the cap with you and put it on when crossing the street, that's the only caveat.
