Update for tonight's event! Yoga Class + Sushi Bar

1. There are about 4-5 spots still open for our group. It is a very enjoyable and introductory yoga class that will help you get thru this long week.
2. I have changed the location for sushi afterwards. See event description - it is a few buildings down from the yoga studio and is fairly new, so I don't know the name. It is right next door to Cedar Lee theatre and very, very affordable. They serve sushi, miso, edamame, seaweed, and other Japanese cuisine including GREEN TEA.

Stressed out over work? Over an ex? Or just really nervous about seeing the in-laws at Thanksgiving dinner? Well fear no more! Come join us for a Stressbuster yoga class at the Atma Center in Cleveland Heights, one of the best yoga studio's in the Cleveland area! I have made arrangements for the 20's and 30's group to come take a yoga class. This is open to anyone interested in trying yoga, whether it's for the first time or if you are a true yogi, all are welcome to join us. The class costs $15.00 and will be from 6:15pm - 7:30pm. Yoga mats are available to rent for $1.00 unless you have your own. Please wear loose and/or comfortable clothing.
Class description: Teacher: Atmadarshan Laura Santoro; Attend this class to learn simple yet powerful yogic "tools" to more effectively manage stress. Classes include physical postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama) &/or meditation techniques you can use on and off the mat to reduce the stresses of daily life. Suitable for all regardless of fitness level, health or age. You can begin this class at any time.
Afterwards, all are invited to walk a few buildings down for sushi at a small little Japanese cafe. It is RIGHT NEXT to Cedar Lee theatre and is fairly new. It's not Ariyoshi, but across the street from it.
