Week 1 is over. Let the farewells begin.

This week it's 80s week at Mayfield Icon, an American Idol-like karaoke contest hosted by Fox and Hound of Mayfield Heights, and many of your Cleveland 20s & 30s peers are performing! But on this night we will also find out if all of the singers representing the Cleveland 20s & 30s Meetup Group will be performing next week! I think I'm getting axed. Will Jason join me?

Put on your favorite 80s outfit (optional), come have a beer and cheer on or cry with Tootie, Jason, Stacy, Giorgianna, Jeremy and Christine as they compete against each other and the rest of the Mayfield Icon Class of 2010 for the $1,000 grand prize!

One of the "pool" tables around the stage has been reserved for the group.

    Tootie did great with his '80s song. He'd probably still be in this thing if he survived last week. Everyone did really awesome this week. I'd be surprised if any meetup members are eliminated this time. Next week we're all doing songs from the year we were born. I've narrowed it down to 2. "Is This Love" by Bob Marley and "Pump it Up" by Elvis Costello. Leaning towards the Bob Marley at this point.
