SCRATCH MY LAST UPDATE! We got enough people to book our party so it's back on! The discount rate we will have is $32 per person, which includes a voucher for a slice of pizza and a beverage (since it's my "birthday party") *wink*wink* I'm booking the party with Kalahari tomorrow (tuesday). If I don't already know your coming then please let me know ASAP... I should be able to add on, but you have to agree to pay for your ticket, even if something happens and you can't come (I have to pre-pay via credit card when I make the reservation).

MEETING TIME INFO: we've set this meetup to start at 10am. Last year we had a little problem with everyone meeting at the same time and getting into the park, then not finding eachother. So what I propose is we will meet at the MAIN ENTRANCE by the GIANT ELEPHANT. I will wait there until 10:30am, then we will all go down to the waterpark enterance and work on getting the group wrist bands and all that settled... we will mostly likely be going into the waterpark around 11am, so if you get to the elephant after 10:30, head to the waterpark. Try calling me if you don't see us... but I will not be carrying my phone around the waterpark with me. If your really late you should still be able to go to the waterpark enterance and get your wrist band (your name will be on a list), but finding us might be a little hard if you don't know who your looking for.

Also, please remember to bring cash for me for your ticket, and a little more or a credit card that you can use to pay for snacks and such in the park. Also, you have to pay for locker rental... I want to say it was $10 a locker last year, but we were able to put a few people in one, so it broke the price up a bit.

It's Cleveland.... start of February, freezing outside .... and probably snowing! Wouldn't it be nice to go out sun bathing without flying 1000 miles away??!!! Now that the Kalahari Resorts in Sandusky has finished their massive renovation, they're considered the nation's largest indoor waterpark. They have a suntanning deck and jacuzzi too. If we get ten people, group rate is $29 (reg price 42) We will organize carpools and exact details closer to the date.

The group booked a village suite but it is filled out. From what I can tell rooms are no longer available for this date unless you are willing to stay for two nights in a row.
